Which is why on Thursday, April 18, the 27-year-old Teen Mom 2 star slammed a fan during an Instagram Q&A regarding plastic surgery speculation. “Do you regret your chin and lip implants?” one of Jenelle’s followers asked. The proud mama’s reply? “Never had chin or lip implants … just lip injections three years ago.” Boom! That’s how it’s done, y’all — short, sweet and straight to the point.

Despite the fact that Jenelle hasn’t undergone any cosmetic procedures in quite some time, the brunette beauty had surgery recently.

According to Us Weekly, Jenelle underwent a tubal ligation procedure to get her fallopian tubes tied on April 14. This surgery means that Jenelle can no longer get pregnant.

Thankfully, her hubby, David Eason, was there for his wife every step of the way! Taking to Instagram, the 30-year-old began, “Got my babe a get well soon gift to encourage her to get back on her feet!”

“It sucks you had to go through this but at least we got some answers and you should be all better in no time! I love you so much!” he concluded.

Jenelle’s health struggles seemingly started months ago. She was hospitalized in December and shared a picture to Instagram Story that read, “Had biopsies done everywhere today,” along with the hashtag “wish me luck.”

At the time, a source told Us Weekly that Jenelle had a cyst in her ovaries. “She went to the doctor before this and told production. She wasn’t feeling good,” they confessed.

The publication later confirmed that Jenelle’s most recent procedure was a result of polyps on her uterus and cysts on her ovaries.

As it stands, the polyps were sent off to the lab for testing. However, Jenelle’s rep said that she’s “healing properly and focusing on her business ventures.”

Even though Jenelle is on the mend, that hasn’t stopped her fans from worrying about her health — save for those accusing her of plastic surgery, of course.

“Please be careful holding her! You just had surgery and you might rip a stitch. Rest and take care of yourself,” one concerned follower commented on a recent picture of Jenelle holding her 2-year-old daughter, Ensley.

Unfortunately, some more trolls are accusing Jenelle of lying about her symptoms/surgery. “You just finished saying in your story you couldn’t hold more than 20 pounds and couldn’t do groceries … yet, here you are holding a toddler. Contradicting much?” one wrote.
